CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSING DAYS The Customer Service will be closed on: 24th-25th-26th-31st December 2016, 1st January 2017.


RETURNS Returns can be made until 15th January 2017 for all orders placed from 1st to 25th December 2016.


* All orders paid through bank transfer will be deemed completed once payment has been received. Therefore shipping times will apply from said date. ** The indicated timeframes are subject to: a) bad weather b) customs’ issues c) areas difficult to reach (faraway islands, areas in the desert, etc.) d) Absence of client, wrong address, lack of payment through COD











Products purchased on the website are normally delivered within 5 working days from the order date in Italy, and within 8 days for all other destinations.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.

In-Store delivery – Pick-up at the physical sale point.

If you selected In-Store Delivery as delivery method, you will receive after the order confirmation email, a second “Product pick-up confirmation” email.

You have 7 (seven) days after receiving the “Product pick-up confirmation” email to go to the selected store and pick up your order showing a valid identity document and also the copy of the order confirmation and invoice received via email. If you do not pick up the Product/s within 7 (seven) days from receiving the above-cited “Product confirmation email”, we will cancel your order by sending you an order cancellation email and refunding you the sum paid - net of fees to return the Product/s from the sale point to our warehouses, which will be paid by you -within 14 (fourteen days) after sending the abovementioned order cancellation email, using the same payment method selected by you for the initial transaction. Should your order be picked up by a third party (other than the registered person on the order), the latter must bring to the sale point, a proxy signed by the registered person on the order, a copy of a valid identity document of the latter, the copy of the order confirmation and invoice received via email.
