THANKS TO GOODIE BAG THE “ CASA DEI PICCOLI ANGELI” HAS BEEN BUILT!

Coccinelle’s ethical Goodie Bag is back, hot on the heels of the huge success of the last versions. The bag was specially designes for the Francesca Rava Foundation – N.P.H. Italia Onlus. Proceeds from the first two editions helped build the “Casa dei Piccoli Angeli”, the first rehabilitation centre in the very poor Haiti, providing care for thousands of physically or mentally disabled children who would otherwisw be abandoned anf left to their own devices. The official opening ceremony has been held on December 3 2008 with the participation of our Martina Colombari, the scriptwriter and director Paul Haggis, the actors Madeleine Stowe and Diane Lane. From the last winter edition part of the proceeds from the sale of the Goodie Bag go to a new project , which will again support the children of Haiti: “Francisville – new work city”. This project will aid millions of children and will guarantee a better future for them providing training and new jobs, while producing basic goods and services, with a professional school, laboratories and small bread, pasta and soap factories.
