PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE ON COCCINELLE.COM:

Upon payment, the order will be charged in the currency of the country of dispatch, and this can't be changed.

The payment of your order can be made with the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Maestro);
• PayPal;
• Scalapay;

Please note: At the moment of purchase only some of the mentioned payment methods may be available.

The payment for your order cannot be made using payment methods other than those listed above.

 

Payment by credit card:

The payment system only accepts cards of the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro networks (Visa Electron cards not enabled for online payments are excluded).

If the credit card is not denominated in local currency, the final price will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the date the credit card issuing company processes the transaction.

Refund per return: the refund will be credited on the same Credit Card used at the moment of purchase; the time required to receive the credit varies depending on the bank.

We are only allowed to refund to the credit card originally used for payment, if the credit card you used for payment has expired or been blocked:

1. and you have a new card issued by the same financial institution: the refund will still arrive to the account of your new credit card, despite the number being different
2. but you no longer have an account with that financial institution, contact the bank directly to check the details of the pending refund. The financial institution generally issues a physical allowance to reimburse you for the full amount. We recommend that you provide the financial institution with a valid postal address if necessary.

 

If paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal Website where, after entering the email address and password, payment will be made. Payment can only be made through a verified PayPal account, which can be accessed on the PayPal Website.

Refund for return: The refund will be visible on your PayPal Account within 48 hours after receiving the refund confirmation email.

 

Payment in installments with Scalapay:

Split your payment into 3 or 4 (depending on the country) interest-free installments to spread the cost of your purchase over time. The first payment will be made when your order is processed, and the other 2/3 will be withdrawn every 30 days from a debit or credit card of your choice. With Scalapay you have the flexibility to purchase in installments with no additional interest.

Refund for return: refund will be made to the same Credit or Debit Card used at the time of purchase.
