SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
SHIPMENTS FOR ORDERS PLACED ON COCCINELLE.COM:
Once the order has been shipped, generally after 2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and a tracking number to follow the shipment of your order:
1. If you placed your order as a registered user, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "ORDERS" section.
2. If you have made the order as an un-registered user, you can check the status of your order from the "TRACK MY ORDER" section.
Shipping costs (calculated automatically when the order is checked out) vary depending on the destination.
Shipping timing:

1. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes
2. During the sales period and promotional event, deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Damaged parcels:
If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we suggest that you refuse the delivery or write a note when signing, specifying that you are accepting a damaged package with reservation.In the absence of a signed note indicating this reservation, we will not be able to file a claim with the courier.
DELIVERY:
If you are not available at the time of delivery of your order, a new delivery attempt will be made on the following day. If none of the delivery attempts are successful, the package may be held by the courier for a limited period of time and then returned to our warehouse. It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time or make an appointment with the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.
The courier does not deliver on public holidays.
Limitations:
Orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or held for collection are not accepted.
MISSING ITEMS:
In case your order has been delivered and you have noticed that some items are missing, please contact us via the appropriate button below.
You will need to provide us with the following information in order to begin an investigation with the courier company:
- general photos of the parcel (possibly from different angles)
- photos of the contents
- details on the delivery method
- details on the condition of the parcel upon delivery
Please keep everything you have received, including the cardboard box, until the end of the investigation with the courier.
Special Shipping Conditions
Pre-Order Products
Items purchased on pre-order will be shipped as soon as they become available. The
delivery times indicated for pre-orders are estimated and may vary. In the event of a delay
beyond the estimated time or unavailability, we will promptly inform the customer, who may
choose to wait, modify the order, or request a full refund. If an order includes both available
and pre-order products, the shipment will be made in a single delivery, following the
availability timeline of the pre-ordered item.
Customized Products
Orders containing customized products require specific processing times: delivery may take
up to 15 working days from the order confirmation.
